The pool view from my room was absolutely stunning and made my stay even more enjoyable. Jack's Lounge was a delightful surprise with its late opening hours, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Orlando's attractions. The complimentary shuttle service to nearby parks was incredibly convenient and added great value to my trip.

Housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay, and I found myself having to continually request fresh towels and toiletries from the front desk.

I spent 2 nights in Orlando and it was lovely. The room was absolutely spotless, huge, and had decent views. The hotel's location was magnificent, next to many conveniences, Universal Studios, Icon Park, restaurants, shopping. The hotel was not too far from a popular water park.

I thoroughly enjoyed the functional-style building and the beautifully maintained room with a queen-size bed. An iron and smoke detectors were available. The location was absolutely perfect, close to many other popular attractions, restaurants, and Universal.

The hotel's location was mind-blowing, with easy access to Universal Studio and the Disney parks. The pool area, jacuzzis, and zoned sunbathing area were super relaxing. The cheerful and helpful staff made our stay jaw-dropping. The fabulous breakfast and free shuttle service were excellent. The spacious rooms, super fast Wi-fi, and solid workspace were very impressive, and the housekeeping and front desk staff's hard work were phenomenal. The pool, cafe, and amenities were top-notch, making it an unforgettable stay!

The accommodation was impeccable with clean rooms featuring sofa beds and refrigerators, along with the added bonus of hot tubs, and the service from the staff was very polite and welcoming during my business trip.

Conveniently close to the airport, only a 34-minute drive away. You can enjoy a lovely view of the lake here. The staff at the front desk is friendly and respectful. The room is well-kept, and the bathroom is spotless with a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛁.

The shuttle service to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure was a total lifesaver. The 24-hour game room and fitness center were clutch for late-night hangs with friends. We had a blast exploring the parks and then chilling at the hotel!

It would've been even cooler if there were more social events or hangout spots for teens like us.

Love how I hopped on the shuttle and hit up all the hot spots nearby. Ate at Deli till late, then chilled at the bar/lounge before a dip in the pool. The room was tech heaven - iPod dock and fast internet. Woke up, hit the fitness center, then scored some bargains at the nearby malls. Oh, and the metal nature art at the front desk? Genius. That was my kinda jam.
